Chris Walnut is one of our flagship decorative membrane foils, engineered specifically for high-end interior doors, wrapping profiles, wall paneling, and luxury wardrobes. Its balanced, flowing grain structure delivers the timeless warmth of authentic American walnut without the maintenance, moisture swelling, or color inconsistency of natural timber.
Manufactured with a precision 1400mm width and 0.18mm thickness, it features high thermal elongation properties for deep-draw vacuum membrane pressing. The reverse side is treated with an adhesive-reactive primer coating, ensuring permanent bonding with PUR and EVA hot-melt glues across 3D routed MDF profiles.
