    Primer Application

    Automated reverse-roll coaters apply uniform primer backing for optimal adhesion in vacuum membrane presses.

    Optical Quality Scanning

    Continuous camera inspection checks thickness uniformity (±0.01mm), color consistency, and surface purity.

    Precision Slitting & Export Packaging

    Automated slitters trim rolls to exact width, followed by moisture-barrier film and suspension crating.
